§ 4. [Applicability.]

Latest version.

These regulations shall apply, unless otherwise exempted by the provision of this ordinance, to:
(a)

All land located within the city limits of Independence, Kansas;

(b)

All lands located within three miles of the nearest point of the Independence city limits in Montgomery County, Kansas.
